I was diagnosed with lower lumbar stenosis and sciatic nerve pain on my right leg, causing excruciating pain requiring serious pain killers. I was suffering with this on and off for 20 years.

I was suffering with Degenerative Disc Disease in my neck that caused many problems including wrist pain and severe leg pain. I had X-rays and ultrasounds done but was told there was nothing wrong in my wrist. My leg pain was so bad that I couldn’t walk for 3 months!

I was diagnosed with a herniated disk in my neck from head trauma while playing hockey. I was playing junior hockey and suffered multiple concussions. One day, I started feeling weak and my neck locked, could barely move my neck and had pain.
