My name is Val. I am 53 years old. I was diagnosed with lower lumbar stenosis and sciatic nerve pain on my right leg, causing excruciating pain requiring serious pain killers. I was suffering with this on and off for 20 years. Had tried physio, acupuncture — none could provide long lasting results and my condition got progressively worse. My wife found Dr. Nusbaum by word of mouth. I was really impressed with the attention that Dr. Nusbaum gave to review the MRI, explaining the results, and he was the first one to offer me a nonsurgical answer to cure me. I never knew you could isolate the disk and decompress it to provide the treatment and the idea that it was drugless and non-surgical motivated me to look into it. I was able to completely leave all the medications that I was taking before, and I felt progressively better as the treatments went on. You can feel the progress as you go through the program, do the stretches, it gets better every day. I am at the point that I’ve got full flexibility back and no more pain. I am to able exercise, driving is better as well (I use to have issues with my right leg). I use to limp before; now it almost all gone.
