I heard about Back Clinics of Canada from my cousin, who heard the ad on 1010. I decided to call and made my appointment for the free consultation by phone; it was quick got in within 2 days.

I suffered from LBP since Jan 2019 on/off and the thought of eventually having constant low back pain worried me that it may become worse. I went to a sports clinic who offered me cortisone injections. That didn’t make sense to me; sounded like a band aid solution, and I wanted a solution for a better quality of life.

I have just finished my 6th week of treatment and I feel great! I am 90% better. I will continue to faithfully do my stretches, although difficult and a little time consuming, I will remain consistent as they do help.
