My Back pain began when I was about 20 years old, so I suffered with it for my entire adult life. I could do nothing.
I couldn’t garden, I couldn’t do house work. I couldn’t lift my grandchildren and my husband was the one who said “Lets try this. What do we have to lose?”

The atmosphere in the office is very positive and optimistic. They make you feel like family. I have my life back again!
My husband and I are going to start ballroom dancing. I have a life that I haven’t had for a long time!
