I’ve suffered from back pain for years. When I first came to the clinic, I was unable to walk without holding the wall or asking someone for assistance. Dr. Ron was kind and knowledgeable in our intake meeting, explaining everything that I needed to understand about the pain that I was feeling. After my first session, he called me that evening to check in and see how I was feeling. During the following weeks, he was always cheerful and friendly every time he greeted me, taking the time to answer my questions as he checked on my progress.
His staff were wonderful as well. They were professional and detailed oriented when providing the treatments, but they also showed so much kindness, empathy and humor in every interaction. They made a very difficult and frustrating time in my life much easier to handle and I appreciated the time they took to build that relationship with me.
During this time, I also think it’s important to add that their health and safety procedures were always respected. Despite being in a pandemic, I always felt that I was in a safe and clean environment.
