I have been suffering from Spinal Stenosis in my lower back due to a bulging disc for 10 years. I have been feeling ache in my left side of my lower back, that felt quite intense and wouldn’t go away for a decade.  Some days my pain felt 9/10 on a pain scale and I couldn’t do anything.
