Dear Dr. Nusbaum:

I wanted to take a moment and send you a letter expressing how happy and satisfied I am with my progress while participating in your program.

Having suffered from chronic low back pain for more than 30 years and having tried many different methods to find relief, I was initially sceptical that your program would be any different.

I can’t begin to explain how I felt after the first treatment, when for the first time in as long as I can remember, I actually had no pain. Although this relief was short lived, I realized immediately that your treatment was going to fix rather than mask the problem or only provide short term, temporary relief.

Not even being to the halfway point in your program and having felt the changes and improvements, I know that by the time I finish, I will be permanently pain-free. Having seen so many other patients that have had the same amazing results, often from conditions much more worse than mine, also has proven to me that your program is the best available.

I would also like to compliment you on your professionalism, highlighted by a great sense of humour. Your staff, especially Rebecca, is a wonderful example of customer service. Whatever you are doing, keep it up!
