Twenty years ago, at the age of 33, I was diagnosed with a herniated disc. I had surgery to alleviate the problem, which was recommended at that time. About every year I would have reoccurring back pain, was given anti-inflammatory, and nothing worked. It was a consistent cycle of back pain, and prescribed doses of anti-inflammatory.
