I was suffering from terrible pain from stenosis for around 10 years after and fell. The worst part of it was that I could hardly even walk from the curb to my car. I had to buy a walker. I couldn’t take trips with my friends anymore and that made me feel really bad.  To be honest I was skeptical to try this, it was my last resort.
