My name is Marlene,

I’m 75 years old and I was living with severe pain for 24-7 for a good 2 years as a result of spinal stenosis of my lumbar spine. The terrible stenosis prevented me from walking, I had to use a walker, I was hunched over, I couldn’t ballroom dance anymore which I really enjoyed in life. I couldn’t interact with my grandchildren; I use to run around the house and chase them.  I really felt that in addition to the pain the joy in my life was gone.  I became depressed and wanted to lay in bed and sleep a lot to get away from this stenosis.
